Plan Submission Guide
Follow these steps to ensure your school's DRRM plans are compliant, endorsed, and ready for implementation across the division.
Drafting Plans
Align with DepEd Order 37, s. 2015.
School Heads must prepare the School DRRM Action Plan and Preventive Maintenance Plan. Ensure all safety protocols are documented and aligned with division standards.
Use the official SDO Maasin templates provided.
Internal Review
Verify compliance with safety standards.
Conduct an internal audit of school safety infrastructure. Validate PA systems, CCTV, and perimeter fencing status before submitting for division-level review.
Receive validation from your School DRRM Team.
Endorse to SGOD
Submit via the official portal.
Upload your finalized plans to the SDO Maasin DRRM portal. Ensure all required signatures and supporting documents are attached for SGOD processing.
Digital receipt issued upon successful upload.
Implementation
Execute safety drills and maintenance.
Begin the implementation of your approved DRRM plan. Conduct regular drills and preventive maintenance as scheduled in your submitted documentation.
